General move-in cleaning includes:

• Everything in the house gets dry dusted with a duster or a cloth (wall art, knick-knacks, picture frames, light fixtures, ceiling fans, window sills, window ledges, doors, door frames, counter top items)
• All surfaces are dusted and spot cleaned
• Bathrooms are cleaned top to bottom – sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, floors
• Kitchen is cleaned top to bottom – sinks, microwave, stove top, surfaces, fronts of cabinets, stainless steel appliances are polished, stove grates detail cleaned
• Baseboards dusted
• Clean empty drawers and cabinets
• Clean empty pantry shelves
• All floors are vacuumed, all hard surfaces are vacuumed and mopped

Deluxe move-in cleaning includes:

• Everything as above, except instead of dry dusting, everything in the house gets handwashed – baseboards, window sills, window ledges, doors, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures

Premium move-in cleaning includes: 

• Everything included in a deluxe move-in cleaning
• Interior appliances – freezer, fridge, and oven
